Useless bike

well.. i make this report because some low lvls buy a bike to be more faster but bike is useless for people low lvl.

as you can see in the img my char lvl 13 have speed: 244 but when i use bike is reduced to 241.

Hmm strange I always thougd it was a percentage which comes extra with the bike like 50% for normal and 70% for the motor (I don't know how much they are.
