The plane of pewter to azalea not work

The other day, i tried to take the plane from pewter to azalea, but it doesn't work , the npc collect the ticket but i can't get in, it would be great to be able to travel to kanto johto without tp or changing residency, what do you thinkabout that?

It is working, you just need to wait some minutes, sometimes even 10 till it let you in.
