Sorry but what do you mean with "Boost system"?
Probably same as PXG shit has, i think it was:
1 stone = pokemon +1, then
2 more stones = pokemon +2 (3 stones spent already)
3 next stones = pokemon +3
etc.
Every stage increases your pokemon health and damage, idk what else, just... boost it.
Still this idea suck, but you can find many other interesting things in concurency's servers (some sprites were stolen, so why wouldn't you steal more?)

Some pretty hard dungeons (5 ppl teams limited)
-Should be pretty hard to do (unable to solo, atleast 3-4 ppl)
-Should be weekly (once per week) and completing one dungeon makes you locked for rest (smth like Grass/steel daily, you must choose)
-Should be long (don't make it 3mins job and that's all, it's supposed to be a
Challange! - which means the thing PA is actually missing)
-Should contain 3-5 bosses each dungeon
-Should be, as above, challanging, but it shouldn't be just "Go and crush everything on your way", some stages, tactics, example:boss using some kind of buff, which makes him immune to all attacks for 1minute, every hit made to that boss heals him instead of hurting + during that 1 minute shitload of minions spawn which have to be killed? Idk. I leave those encounters up to you.
-Should include some mindfuck puzzles, something like actuall paradox, but harder (make many of them chosen randomly, so after some time ppl wouldn't be just repeating the same words, ppl will atleast have to check on wiki what to say during specific dialogue).
-Every dungeon should include atleast 3-4 pokemon types to avoid using just one, super effective counter, OR make them receive 1x damage from every type (+ MAKE REFLECT WORKING LIKE MAGIC COAT THERE, PLEASE).
ofcourse such dungeon would require alot of balancing, it can't be too easy, but not impossible too, right?
