Can you rewiev Alolan Starters?

Only Water Gun and Disarming Voice usefull for level up, if you ask me it's not worth to evolve untill 92 or at least 90.
Incineroar:
Seriously? Brutal Swing is the only "AOE" move untill level 90.
Decidueye:
Grass Whistle, Leaf Blade, Defog, Leafage.

Have anyone ever tested them before releasing Alola? In my opinion all these pokes should be equally good or equally bad at least, so everyone has same chances since they all are part of a questline.

PS. Please check damage of all forms. I just compared Ember of 2nd and 3rd fire form, both at lvl 80.
