something is wrong here

also I'd like to suggest changing
icicle spear into chip away/natural gift in shiny version

because compared to other shinies (sunflora houndoom bellosom) shiny stantler seems weaker than normal one

shiny's double kick does only 2k dmg into normal type (x2)
normal stantler's double kick does 3.6k into normal type


and do something with abilities because shiny stantler has ability that does nothing for him unless you waste TM slot for the sake of activating it.

those are only first impressions after few fights

conclusion?

your rebalancer did poor job because he considered only matchups vs counters and said it's good because it does allright vs fights

edit: have you even considered it compared to normal stantler? normal stantler would beat fight even easier and would do much better job vs other types
