Why Gengar lick have damage but Snorlax lick dont?
Other thing increase 2k in Snorlax hp because is very fragile
Have rest but your low hp is easy to defeat with combo before you use rest

snorlax is not bad, maybe it's op
rest has a quick reaction to using it, it's a matter of learning to use it.
about lick I agree,it has a great cd (35sec)and I do not think it will affect much the balance between Snorlax / ghost or snorlax / psy (of course with less damage than gengar 1000-1500)
