Skelengel - Proposital Destructive Behavior

I would like expose an guy, i dont know him and never talk with him, but without any reason he seems like kill players afk in the places, her name is Skelengel.
In the first time i see in red life and when release the poke, i die. So i decide stay in the same place and pretend to be afk, Skelengel comes again and make Snif in the tree, after it i start record, maybe it was a little late to use like proof, but is what i have. I dont know exactly if it is punishable, but one time in the past i do it in Inquisition to kill an KSer and one GM come talk with me personally.

at the final i said: "is the second time, i record and will report u", he remained quiet and walked away.

I agree with you, bro, much times i stay afk in casino, but the rulles to one, dont work to everbody, if i kill someone and got an report, instantly i gain an notation or banishment. Who gonna give me back my 1% = 60k exp losed by an destructive behaviour? because if no one come and create the situation, nothing would have happened. sad...

In part i agree with you, but is diferent kill an friend where you know the history, objectives and probably reaction. Kill an stranger is other history, I didn't give him that freedom, he is not my friend, and after that i have good reasons to not be.

Stay afk in protection zone. There are also raids in cities so you can die either way.
