Sirfetch'd is really nice uniqe poke but it's sooo glass, really, low hp,no prot, short stun, and i've never been fan of endure. I suggest replacing endure with detect, it may have it according to bulbapedia, it will make him better for pve, also giving him brick break and like 2k hp more would be good but at least that detect will help him survive
