Seakings and Kinglers resps.

Hello. Im searching for the best Seakings and Kinglers resps cause i need to catch them. I dont want to fish them cause it takes a lot of time. Thanks for help!

I really don't know good respaws about these pkms, to be honest i know about one Kingler's spawn (2 kinglers, need be DACC) located below of Olivine City (an small island). Now about seakings, no idea, but i have sure that the best way still is fishing, anyway you can ask for someone at your national channel or in your guild chat, maybe someone know other one.
