Red gyarados respawn

is red gyarado's giving red gyara tail? i have killed more than 65 and a friend who is doing PApoi too have killed more than 30 and we still dont get any tail, while cristal onix gives 1-2 for every ten cristal you kill.
Can you make higher the % we have to loot it? or maybe is bug, fix it.

It's harder to get 1, when I did Red gyara tail task, I neither got any.

It goes like 100 Red Gyarados = 1 Red Gyarados tail
Its not easy and it was like that always...for that quest it should be bit harder

Not a bug at all..just no luck ...and 65 red gya is not enough to earn tail (only with some big luck)

juas, I remember when I get the Red gya tail, I killed red gyarados for 2 weeks 8 hours each day to get "1 red gya tail" dude, so don't cry and keep trying
