It has been already drawn, I have used an online tool. Instagram one hasn't been picked yet as the pokemon isn't balanced yet. I cannot use our lottery system, cus I'm preparing a free lottery for summer . tickets will not be obtainable from npc but in different ways (activity, riddles etc). I'll announce it tomorow giving more details
