Remove Lovely kiss/Add Hypnosis..(Or Revise Lovely kiss and make it for sleep not for stun)
Remove Icy wind and add ice shard (She needs a range attack since hunting grass pokes are annoying pure stuns, atleast she damage first before she get stunned)..
Add ability blink (Why? she has a lot of weakness for duels and only has 2 resistant)
Add Confusion/ Sheer cold/ Mind Boost?
Add TM Blizzard on TM learn set..

i think this frezing shock make jynx noob =X

it need back to blizzard again

idk why Toise Cd i 80 Sec? all pokemon have 50-60 sec... even kingdra..
If u say that TOise hydro pump do more dmg then your wrong.... me and my friend tested kingdra and blastoise hydro pump on charizard they did alm same Dmg like 100-200 diffrence...

I don't think the problem with Blastoise is CD of his attack because still has other strong attacks. Actually the problem with Toise is his/her defense. Protect is the move it needs. ALSO, skull bash shouldn't be an special area attack, just a STRONG & direct meelee attack. (Ex: Drill Horn)

Me and a friend tested my blastoise 100 and a kingdra 91, kingdra in almost all his moves deals more than blastoise, also kingdra has good defense because he's a dragon poke, and he has a stun (smokescreen).

My suggestion for blastoise is, change skull bash so it is like dynamic punch , a strong meelee attack and stun because skull bash is a powerfull headbutt
also increase the dmg of some of his attacks and maybe if its necessary add protection

IMO Espeon and Umbreon are far much more stronger than Vaporeon/Flareon/Jolteon.

I think the dark moves have too hight dmg vs psy/ghost pokemons..

Houndoom 85 lvl deals almost full hp of gengar 70 lvl ;D, Dark pulse umbreon hit almost full hp kazam/gengar.

If I remember Dark pokemons have 1/2 dmg vs bug pokemons, try hit gengar or kazam.

Houndoom 85 lvl deals almost full hp of gengar 70 lvl ;D, Dark pulse umbreon hit almost full hp kazam/gengar.

18:45 Your Umbreon deals 1140 damage to a Scyther.
18:45 Your Umbreon deals 1195 damage to a Scyther.
18:45 Your Umbreon deals 1178 damage to a Scyther.

My umbreon is lvl 78.

Magneton deserves a Steel type movement.

Since gyro ball would be pointless, my suggestion is to add Mirror shoot, or create a new steel type movement for magneton, Magnet bomb (Same kind of attack as Falling rocks/thunder bolt, but with another animation and steel type)

I think this is good idea but, stuff can add some steel but remove some electric move, maybe thunder. Ask why? Becouse Magneton its steel/electric(resistans vs 13 types), he run, paralise and have super sonic and can learn reflect/tri attack/Discharge i think this will be too much.
When he get somethink like doom desire he will be the best electric poke. Lvling at electric pokes will be imposible, all time confusion or paralize.

Here we go!

First of all, i must say that every Pokémon (basic, first/second or none evolution) should have at least 1 stun/miss attack, principally fire pokes in PA.

It's very expensive and, consequently, very hard (for low lvls) to hunt with a Charmander, Cyndaquil, Growlithe and various others Pokémon who lacks of stun/miss attacks. If at least those Pokémon had, i don't know, fasters CDS, or strongers attacks, but no, they simply doens't has any differential compared with others Pokémon like Totodile (Who doesn't has miss/stun attack but has bubblebeam, hits 2x,) or Chicorita/Bulbasaur (LOTS OF STUNS/MISS ATTACKS).

This is a tip for a good balance:
- IF a Pokemon doesn't has any stun/miss move, he must, to compensate, be stronger, or faster, according with his Pokémon stats, of course.

Examples:

1- Typhlosion/Cyndaquil/Quilava:
Just add (or replace) Smokescreen...
- Not doing that, just make them with strongers damages or fasters cds.

2- Charizard/Charmeleon/Charmander:
Just add (or replace) Scary Face or Smokescreen...
- Not doing that, just make them with strongers damages or fasters cds.

Agreed, same thing happens with Blastoise, Magmar and many other pokes that once were very cool pokes and now not that much.

Buzz was buffed, many pokes need it too.

Hello GM Pyrokar (rebalancer), CM Van Hoem (boss), CM Raszagal and Designers.

I know you guys are always busy working hard to improve new pokemon features and alot of things that we dont even have an idea about it, but this time let me take some of your attention to make you remind about these pokemons that are surely forgotten maybe because of their appereance (ugly), i dont know really, but checking in PA datas, i can tell you 80% of normal pokemons are not being used in pvp because of their weakness and even for huting they dont compete, why? because they have few hp, few moves and the moves they have are really weak. So what we need to do is... Rebalance for them!!!

Ohh I forgot there are more pokes like Fearrow, Raticate, Kangaskhan and Aipom.

Here are some of my ideas (they are always compared with bulbapedia,gba, anime and wiki) just to have a global idea about the moves they can learn and make something NOT so OP but really helpful for them, i dont want haters come and say something bad about the post just like always and that's why im taking my time (1-2 hours) to make this have logic.


Stantler:
-Remove Sand Attack
-Remove Tackle
-Add Metronome 35s
-Add SelfHeal 30s
-Add 3k+ HP
-Add Eartquake and Shadow Storm on its learnset.

Furret:
Description- It lives in narrow burrows that fit its slim body. The deeper the nests go, the more maze-like they

- Remove Quick Attack
-Add Underground 60s
-Add Supersonic or Sing 25s (since they have hyper voice, they can make an strong sound to stun enemy)
- Add Fury Swipes 30s
-Add earthquake on its learnset.

Lickitung
-Add Rest 50s
-Add Body slam 25s
-Add Rollout 30s

Persian
-Add Fury Swipes 30s
-Add Thail Whip 15s
-Shadow Claw 25s
-Rest 50s <--- (Cats are always sleeping ,A pokemon that surely deserve this move)

GranBull:
-Add Faint Attack 25s
-Add Bulldoze 30s
-Add Earthquake on its learnset.

Miltank:
-Add Body Slam 20s
-Add 2k+ Hp
-Add HyperBeam 30s

Tauros:
-Add Fissure 40s
-Add Bulldoze 25s
-Add 4k+ HP
-Add Reflect on its learnset.

Aipom:
-Add Brick Break 35s
-Add Beat Up 20s

Raticate:
-Add Double Team 50s
-Add fear 25s
-Add Megakick 20s

Fearrow:
-3K+ hp
-Add Night Slash 30s

Kangaskhan:
-Add SelfHeal 25s
-Add Rock Slice 25s.

Girafariq:
