that's right. Guys you should focus on Pokemon's rebalance (their movesets/learnsets/damage/hp/cooldowns). This thread isn't about quests, respawns, rods or way to get stuff. So edit your posts and add missing suggestions about balance and don't forget arguments.

Suggestion 1: Healarea of Wigglytuff can heal a little more, actually is poor, i think... good for heal to pj but no for pokemons...
Suggestion 2: Add Surf for horsea, maybe is a little thing.. but sometime players use krabby, wag and try horsea for surf.....
Suggestion 3: Poison moves can hit a little more.... improve them...actually people use more arbok.. but other poison pokes like muk or weezing were forgotten
Suggestion 4: Check damage wartortle and hp.... 2 charmeleon lv 60 can kill a wartortle 64 in hunt .. maybe change tail whip for bite
Suggestion 5: Work in sylveon type (actually sylveon normal-type is good but i think that the new type will be more funny the game and change some things in duels player, i know is hard.. but no impossible) ...control mind.. sniff...

suggestion1- add hydropump to kingdra hes water atacks are not that strong
I am know that isn't thread for it but I want explain one thing.
Kingdra has Hydropomp in TM learnest so it couldn't be in moves.

1- Should add some area skill to Raichu instead of Parabolic Charge- Maybe Electric storm
2- Cloned Pokemons should make more damage, now the difference between a cloned one and a normal one is 2k of hp
3- Psycho Shot of Jynx should be replaced by Avalanche or maybe Back to Freezing Shock
4- Reflect move should reflects Sleep, Freezing, Burning, Paralyzing, confusing moves. Example: I use my poke with reflect and the enemy uses Sleep Powder, so reflects the Sleep powder and make enemy's poke sleep
5- Improve Pinsir / Cloned Pinsir adding area skills... Maybe creating a move like Electric Terrain, Incinerate, Brine, ect, but of Bug type


Of course there are much more ideas, but these one are nice!

1.-Rebalance dmg Cloned Pokemons.
2.-Add 1 stun more to Slowbro (Headbutt).
3.-Rebalance Xatu change Heal pulse to Roost, because more tms or less tms is too op.
4.-Add Ability "Surf" or "Blink" to Slowbro, because Slowking have "Blink" and Slowbro Why not?
5.-Add more Npc to "Dice Game" and second floor of casino have Bug.

Suggestions

1) Ampharos

It really needs a heavy buff on its damage or a little change on its moveset, If you try to do a 1v1 against a "normal" final stage water pokemon (i.g: Blastoise) you'll see that Even when ampharos has a type advantage, Blastoise or any other water pokemon will be able to kill Ampharos before he can do anything I know he has Reflect on his moveset, but come on, where are its classic moves?, I.M.O moves like Wild Charge or Volt Switch should be added to it's moveset in exchange of Confuse Ray or Power Gem.

2) Machamp & Primeape

Machamp & Primeape are too Ouscaled on lower levels by the other fighting type pokemons, in order to rebalance them and promote equaility, you should either bring back Strafe on Machamp either as it's passive or to its moveset and add Dynamic Punch to Primeape moveset.

3) Healing class Pokemons

We need an increment on the variety of healing pokes, we have a lot of pokemon that we can Rework and add to this class (i.g Miltank, Sylveon), it's kind of boring just watching people using the same healing pokes over and over (Clefa/Wiggly/Blissey/Bello), i know they are known for having low damage, but we just could switch it to different classes, like:


1) Healing "DoT'ers": Blissey/Miltank/Bellosom/Sunflora
2) Pure Healing/Crowd Control: Blissey/Clefable/Wiggly
3) Damage Buffers: Blissey/Miltank
4) Defense Buffers: Bellosom/Tangela/Sunflora


4) Party Hunting


Ok, I wanted to propose this a long time ago, because I feel that everytime we get an update with new maps and things like that, we promote Solo-Hunting, it's simple because party hunting has almost no benefits at all, nobody wants to be earning half of the exp everytime (and sometimes doing all the job).

My idea on how to fix it are either using what we already have (Dungeons) to promote players to learn to team hunt, adding a Team Hunting Achievment & Let Team Hunters get a little exp bonus whenever they are Partying and Sharing.
  1. Add an Achievment called "True Friendship": Earn over 1kk Exp with the same player on Party Mode (Filled over time and only if it's on Shared). (It could be changed to "with any" player in order to make it easier)
  2. As there are Lvl 25-50-75 Training Grounds, you should add either: Lvl 100-130-150 Dual Grounds where only 2 players enter a wild dungeon (something like TM Case 3 Dungeon) but with limited time (Let's say 10 mins), if they succed to complete the dungeon they could either earn a reward (Like a final chest) - or a daily "dual point" reward, that could be traded in Black Market for different kind of items.
  3. Add a ((n-1)*x%) Exp bonus whenever players are hunting, lets say the base bonus is 20% (so x = 20), and me and three friends (n = 4) are hunting (with shared exp of course) so we earn the normal exp = (Poke_Exp/4) + (Poke_Exp/4)*(4-1)*20%)) --- This should either be lower or higher, and will increase or decrease deppending on the number of active players on the party.
5) Poison & Bug Type

These type of pokemons (Specially Poison) need a serious rebalance on HP & Damage, the only decent Poison Pokemon at the moment is Toxicroak, and for Bug Type it's only Scyther, I.M.O the other main Poison type pokemons should be boosted (Weezing, Arbok should get a HP Boost, Muk is fine but at high level he doesn't do much, Venomoth is kinda useless at the moment, even at Cloned Form, Same goes to Parasect, both should get a Damage Boost or a Damage over Time skill)


(Since 4) Isn't Pokemon focused) - 6) Water Pokemons

All of them need a Damage improvement, specially on their basic skills (bubble beam, waterball, Bubbleshot) It's actually really difficult to level them as a new player, just remember Season Change event, nobody wanted to get Squirtle/Totodile as their pokemon on first mission just because they had almost no damage, and even at level 20 both had problems to clean a wave of Phanphy's/Digletts/Charmanders. - I.M.O Just boost the damage on the most basics skills to rebalance the first stage pokemons.

1 sealeo Walrein is quite difficult to level up the sealeo because it has little defense as Walrein has little defense level where I could upload it to the sealeo I would say you have to raise them the best defense powers

2 best powers should bring them more harm Metagross because their powers are not very good and it becomes difficult climb to the level Metang and there are not many good places to upload that do not have good powers and should make them an improvement

1. Decrease the effect duration of Protection and Magic Coat from 5secs to 3 secs.
2. Change the attack Sleep Talk, it hits like the old water pulse, Flygon can do a massive Combo Dragon Rush + Sleep Talk + Fissure + Draco Meteor or any attack, and still has Protection.
3. Nerf the damage of Sylveon´s Misty Terrain and Fury Swipes from Weavile.
4. Add more signature moves to some Pokemons and add more damage to them. (For example Extremespeed Arca, Zap Cannon, DynamicPunch Ampharos,Acid Armor Vapo, Dizzy Punch Kanga, Dragin Rage Gyara, etc)
5. Check the exhaust time of certain pokemons, there are certain combinations of attacks that dont have exhaust time.

4- More attacks or stronger attacks to Espeon (it's useless againts fighters);
5- Improve Catch (are needed many balls to catch a simple pokemon).

All new pokemons (Salamence, Sylveon, Glaceon, Medicham, etc....) why? Because they're new pokemon and they need a good rebalance to be equal to (in damage, hp, passive) all common pokemons (kanto & jhoto)
Dragonite should have dragon rage as passive again, with safeguard and the new attacks it's like very nerf. Maybe dragon tail can be changed for Dragon Breath, Safeguard for Dragon Dance, and dragon dance changed for dragon rage (passive)
Check out all stun attacks in wild pokemons, sometimes they use it a lot of times in a few seconds. (Protection in Golem, sleep powder, stun spore, Mud shot in ground pokes, etc..)
New tasks and more cash and exp for complete tasks.
Duels 2x2 (It will be funny)

I'm playing PAD since it's open (pre-beta, beta, etc..) Sometimes I stop to play 'cause I'm in school but I'm free now! :D

The suggestions:
1. taking a closer look at pre evo pokes (non-final forms) since some are really weak comparing to others, which are way too strong, that requires balance aswell. Great example might be recently released piplup (and prolly all others from event) which, at 20lvl, smashes Gravelers (2.25x dmg counter), while Lotad, also event poke, just not from this one, at 30lvl can't really handle one graveler. and also deals 2.25x dmg from all skills...
2. Bringing back to PVE some previously OP, later nerfed too much pokes, like Octillery or tentacruel, we all agree they were OP, but now they're unused trash, comparing to other water pokes, those 2 are simply weak, too weak.
3. About removing Prot + refl combo from some pokes, I agree here, but I'd like to make sure those pokes won't be nerfed too much, so they won't end lke mentioned before octi or tenta. In general, Finding some reasonable replacement for protection for such pokes. (maybe some kind of reflect which doesn't block incomming dmg, but only reflects it to enemy?)
4. Buffing underpowered pokes of some types in PVE aspect, like... did you saw someone lvling ampharos, ninetales, magcargo, even jynx or golem? Just few, why? because there are WAY better pokes of the same type which aren't that hard to obtain, those are mostly by they enthusiasts. Im not talking about some great buff here, but some little dmg buff, maybe 1 skill replacement, so they suddenly won't become OP.
5. Comming back to pre-evo pokemons, some of them might get some TM learnset improval, for example pokes evolving at higher levels, like kabuto or omanyte, those two might even learn TM rock blast, just at level ~50... there are more pokes like that which could learn some stronger TMs, just at higher levels.

Goals and hints:
- I mostly want to balance pre-evo pokes that aren't playable atm or leveling them is insanely hard since they can barely beat the type they counter. (try to beat ponyta 20lvl with 15lvl krabby, he'll do it, but it won't be as easy as you might think)
- I'd gladly test balanced pokes at PVE. As PVP is not my good site, I'd leave it to other rebalancers.
- Suggesting some final changes to balanced pokes if they're too weak in PVE, but playable at PVP, trying to not make them OP pvp pokes in the same time.
- I can always advice about some PVE things even if I won't get in, I don't care that much about being "rebalancer"

Just to be clear im actually player who is lookin' mostly for pvp potential of pokemon so i will focus on it
At the first place i will try to take a look at forgotten pokes. As propably everyone know most of players wants to know that poke have actually on spell reflect/protect or just are able to learn refl b4 takin' it into team. I think its simple to improve pokes that don't have or can't have any of this spells. Just give em' more hp per lvl, why would it help ? Lemme to get sth across for an example pokes like mantine are untypical and hard to exp that's why it would be fair that to give that kind of reward to players who will be able to come through suffering ( z.z ). For an example we got mismagius and gengar in simple pvp duel. Value of hp are smillar (forget 'bout skillset for a second) but this gengar is actually able to learn reflect so he will be able to stay a lil' bit more time in duel. Mismagius also have good ghost dmg but when enemy gengar will use reflect he wont be able to cast any spell in this time just takin' free dmg from gengar.

Improving hp of pokes like mismagius (its just an example) will make em' be viable to stay more time in field of battle without adding em' refl or smth like this. Sooo players will propably start to use more kinds of pokemon than these with refl/prot in pvp making it better and intresting.
2. As most of ppl says bringing in game fairy type would be perfect move for actually balance cuz propably all of poison-type pokes are just too weak to get it in real pvp team cuz of weakness and advantages. I know it would be hard cause its not just into adding new type its all 'bout adding/changing old spells type but its honestly really gr8 thing.
3. Improving some weak spells and tm's ofc not all spells have to be glorious storng aoe like pump or smth just simple changes. Take for example toxic this spell is not powerful but simple change will make him viable, lemme introduce

Making a little change would make this spell be viable for pvp and useful for pvp cuz it would be a way easier to aim

4. Well we got some spells like brave bird that deals dmg depending on user hp so what's about spells based on opponent hp? It would be deal dmg based on enemy hp soo casting it when enemy have more than 75% hp would be useless for every stage it would be dealing more dmg
100% HP - 25% dmg
75% HP - 35% dmg
50% HP - 45% dmg
25% HP - 60% dmg
15% HP and less - 100% dmg

In gameboy Brine was kind of skill like that.

5. Well at the end i will think about improving some normal-type pokes. Lemme explain why they does need improve, at this moment normal-type is actually most useless type (after poison but bringing in fairy type will balance poison aswell) Normal type is just one of worst type ever-made so how to improve this enough to be playable pvp and pve? I see just 2 ways (ofc u can also add em lot of other type attack but this would be like old kanga so noone wants to see monsters like that again) Improving their hp making them some kind of tanks OR just improving base dmg of normal spell they wont deal anyway dmg x2 to any poke sooo why not? In gameboy most of normal-type attack has a huge base dmg for an example :
