Raticate

Its little forgotten pokemon. I know it shouldn't be a monster or something, but please.. It has just 2 AoE moves ( Sword Dance and Assurance ) + maybe Hyper Beam ( if you treat its like AoE move). TMs learnest side looks great. I would like to suggest change Assurance for Foul Play or Torment. Second sugestion if first wouldn't be good will be Fury Swipes inestad of Super Fang.

Suggestion about level of moves:
Make assurance a level 35 move and reversal level 40.
Why? This pokemon only have Tackle, Super fang, Hyper Fang and Crunch to level up until level 45, and suddenly get them all.
Even Rattata have hone claws to exp.

Can you add TM Hyperbeam to Raticate's TM Learnset?

Reason;

Well Raticate used to know it and drops it, so I can't see a reason for it to not be able to learn it.
