Raichu

Raichu is currently one of the worst pokemons for pvp, i would like to suggest some changes, for a greater variety of electric types in pvp

P eletric charge
m1 tail whip
M2 sweet kiss ----bounce
m3 teeter dance
m4 shock wave
M5 volt switch-----mega kick
m6 thunder bolt
m7 thunder
m8 electro ball ----baton pass
m9 eletric storm
m10 eletric terrain

Rejected those changes are not needed since raichu is good as he is. Mega kick is not needed (and such move would faster be the weakest possible attack in moveset with 10s cd like ember and such on other pokemons with lowest possible dmg). Bounce and baton pass are kinda random since he can't even learn them in any game not even mentioning that bounce would have way higher cd than sweet kiss which would weaken him vs ground pokemons.
