Ampharos has only one free TM slot to receive an attack TM(TM33+Damage one). So better change m10- Light Screen for another good electric aoe. Maybe need change m4-Volt Switch for 1vs 1 psychic move like Future Sight or Psy Pulse.

there is a reason that a pokemon of a unique type has some random attack of another type, because the balance was made so that all pokemons could be good to use them in certain resp as well as to be used in duel, ampharos is a pokemon of single electric type, imagine using it in a duel against a ground type? if he had an electric fullmoveset he wouldn't do any damage

I suggest change Aoe Psychic for an Electric one. So you can change 1 vs 1 electric for a psychic one as I wrote. If happens both changes Shiny Ampharos will have 4 eletric moves only(Realize that he will continue with the same amount of electric moves he had before the rebalance). Your comment doesn't make any sense and doesn't add anything.
