An old moveset that since it was added, didn't get any change and not even an improviment. Btw, I'd like to porpose a single change for it.

I thought maybe in smth like you increasing its AoE, but it wouldn't be necessary, once we have TM133 Synchronoise, and it would look basically the same. Then, i'd like to suggest you make it releasement (change formula) to outrage-like one.

Well, I think it's suppose to work like it is. It's a "pound" from psychic type, we have a lot of awesome Psychic tms, don't think that is really necessary to change the formula from this one.

It's one of the tms " for noobs", it helps to exp your surrounded poke in places like mansion, no need to biggear area
