Guys, keep in mind that if you are suggesting abilities, you need to give proper arguments (why pokemon x should be given ability y).

Remember, that if for example pokemon is a water type, that doesn't mean it should have surf ability.
Use an argument suggesting ability.

Add dig to Houndoom (it's a dog) and luponny (it's a rabbit that dig holes), Delcatty (it's a cute cat-dog)
Rock smash to Lopunny (it can use fighting moves, so why not), greninja (it's a fighting croak), Stunky (no ability in set yet, I think this move suits him), floatzel (it can use brick break, so fighting moves suits him)
Cut to pachirisu (it has paws to cut trees), plusle and minum (it hasn't any ability, so this could be ok)

I'm surprised it still doesn't have mining.
First of all, excadrill is a ground/steel type pokemon, mole that does a lot of digging through any rock/ground layers.
Secondly, its claws are insanely tough and lots of pokedex entries confirm that:

Lastly, its name is probably originated from words EXCA(vate) + DRILL

Add dig to drilbur, it's a mole (Find hole probably too)

Add light to pumpkaboo and gourgeist, they're kinda pumpkin lantern pokemon:

Dark portal for pumpkaboo may also be acceptable as it is a spooky restless little spirit.

Add dig to torkoal and magcargo, If omastar have it, why they don´t have it, they are ground/fire pokemon.

In at least 2-3 pokemon pages appear that Torkoal dig inside the montain to find COAL....that reason is enought??

I know diggersby has a lot of abilities already but wouldn't it be possible for it to have rock smash (or even mining)?
(Y and Alpha Sapphire entries indicate that it can easily reduce bedrock to rubble so mining would be a possibility.)

Perhaps cut to honedge, doubleblade and aegislash, they are swords so I see no harm in them being able to cut

I'll start off with Harvest. Some birds already have Harvest and birds are capable of doing that so I would like to suggest adding Harvest to the following birds:

•

  [*]Murkrow
  [*]Chatot

Dustox is a flying moth some kind of so I think Harvest for Dustox is acceptable.

Beautifly is a butterfly and Butterfree has harvest so I believe that it should be given this ability too.

Pachirisu and Emolga are squirrels and squirrels harvest fruits, berries, etc. from trees. Harvest please <3

Emolga has no abilities so I would like to suggest cut and light. (Light for Pachirisu too)

Skuntank has no abilities too. My suggestion: Rock smash (In-game Dex entry:

), cut and dig.

Murkrow has no abilities so I would like to suggest cut.

Rock smash for Tangrowth. It has rock type move(s) in its moveset + TM learnset. And overall, seems pretty much capable of breaking rocks.

Search for: Murkrow and Pelipper. They seem to be ones of the few birds that don't have this ability.

Probopass has no abilities, so my suggestion would be: Sniff (come on, it's a floating nose so...), Rock Smash (well no explanation needed I hope), Search (it uses powerful magnetic fields to navigate so I guess could search for people using them too), Mining (it's a rock/steel type and overall I think it's quite capable to use mining), dig (well it lives in caves, so I think by using its little mini noses it should be able to dig).
oh, and... Sniff for Nosepass (it's a nose too)

Sniff to Stoutland and Herdier. Come on, they are DOGS.

Dig for Cradily:

Mining for Skarmory. It's a metal bird so I think it should be pretty much capable of mining.

I believe Dig for Liepard has already been suggested but the cat could really use it.

would be better to add fly ability to every single pkm that usually keep its feet away from the floor or have wings, or then, just a good sense before to suggest that, non necessarily if a pkm have wings or keep its feet away from the floor it should have fly.

Reason: Ninetales - we had a lot of reasons here and still nothing happens; Venusaur - I think it has strong enough paws to dig.

Some people say they are specteral blades but that is not the case. Read Pokémon Adventures Manga - X & Y chapter for detailed information.

Also add Harvest to Cradily. I mean come on it's a prehistoric plant

Add Search to Delibird. It is known that Delibirds can fly and it has no abilities so why not?

Add Cut to all Wormadam types. They are supposed to be some kind of bugs(I guess) and have no abilities.
