can u put more chanse on ultraball so its easy to catch pokemons and to find faster bugs flyng ^^

omfg..... the rates are strange.. for some ppl, they get pokemons easy and some(me) uses 100ds of ultra balls still no catch.
ive used 350 ultra balls now on charmander and i have still not catched it yet. This will make ppl quit playing.
