rest = it is a little polemic, but this move and tm exists on pokemon universe, perhaps increase the sleeping time and freezes the cooldown recovery of other moves as downside of using it + slow healing and it should be feasible

I think this would require some serious rebalancing since it heals pokemon back to full hp, and every pokemon that can learn it would suffer if the owner goes for different TMs.

I believe that rest move should be nerfed, not the hp of pokemons able to use it, for example I mentioned several nerfs to rest, another thing would be while pokemon is resting, it takes all damage as super effective or as critical because it can not defend itself. Other kinds of nerfed could balance it as a regular move...

TM Trick Room - would be fine this tm for pvp because is an slow move and is a little usefull for lvl like power split.
TM Fake out - would be fine this tm in pvp, it would help to make more interesting some pokes.
TM Mean look- i think is necessary a good ghost stun, this one would be fine.

1st of all I have a small request if You can write type of new moves which will be implemented to the game and how they will works (which already are it is not necessary).

Ok, now lets talk about moves which I'd like to see in game as a TM:

1) New fire one with AoE stun. Why? Becouse if I am not wrong we have only Flame Charge as a fire stun, so new one will be very common. Well.. I'll copy my idea from Magmortar's thread how it could look and name of it:
* name - Lava Fountain/Lava Throw/Congealed Lava
* look - like Perish Song, just fire type/like Metal Sound, just 1 wave and a bit faster/like Sandstorm with changing area a bit - 1/2 squares more in every direction and it will deal just one time instead of 3x - here I am suggesting new move (just one) becouse I think is lack of fire stun in game

2) Any heal move. Maybe Healarea/Recovery Wish/Moonlight or other. Why? Such a TM like this doesn't exist. I think if pokemons which could supposing learn it have 18/20kHP and possibility to learn this move won't make them OP. Some pokemons already have 20kHP+- and heal move in its moveset and they are rebalanced it good way.

3) Cotton Spore - if I am not wrong just a few pokemons have this move. Its nice area move, also paralyzing one. Could improve some pokemons' TM set.

4) Toxic Drop/Smog/Acid Spray - new TM one of them. From poison type TMs there is no like these one. All of poison TMs are big area/target. Only Poison Jab is small one (hitting 5 pokemons near target). One of these would be interesing.

5) Substitute - for protecting pokemon, we have only Reflect as a TM. Would be nice to see another similar move, but not reflecting DMG since Reflect can do it. Also some pokemons which will learn it will get boost in exp side.

6) Dark Void - I am really happy that someone mentioned it. We don't have dark move Grassy Terrain style. It would be nice TM, which will improve dark type TMs.

7) Secret Power/Nature Power/Metronome - I am writing here 3 of them, but just 1 would be used (if you will accept). Why? All of them are randomly and becouse of that they are kind of unique moves. Would be nice to improve TMs list by move which will hit a random type.

8) Block - great opportunity to have chance block using healing moves or addictonal ref/prot alike. We can break reflect/prot (and similars) by Brick Break and Feint, so I think now having possiblity block using heal move would be good.

9) Low Kick - well... this new TM could improve some fight type pokemons (generally) as well others (which could learn it). Also there is no fight type stun area in TMs nor target, so would be nice to have at least one in TM learnest.

10) Hammer Arm/Giga Impact/Heavy Slam - since these moves are usually for getting closer our opponent in duel (mainly), would be good to have it as a TM for slower pokemons. It could give a small boost when they fight against faster ones.

11) Ice Ball/Icicle Shot - maybe is bad calling it a noob move, but idea of this new TM is to make something cheaper what can hit our opponents from afar since we have only Icebreaker/Aurora Sphere which hit our opponents which are close to us.

12) Rock Tomb/Trick Room - idea of it is to make rock/psychic TM learnest more common. Also if I am not wrong, paralyze TM, small area doesn't exist (don't remember exactly).

13) Mimic/Copycat/After You/Mirror Coat - I am really think about TM like these moves. Idea of this TM is to make something special in TM learnest. Propably everyone knows how they work. First 2 TMs would improve our pokemon when they it will choose the best move or make worse by choosing bad one. Another 2 moves would improve pokemons in both sides (duel/exp) since it copy last used move by our opponent.

14) Quick Guard/Crafty Shield/Safegaurd - 50% defense learning by TM would be cool, especially for pokemons double type which are great for types which hit 2x in our pokemon/idea of Crafty Shield/Safeguard it to let our pokemons be greater, being immune of stuns for some seconds, I think it sounds good and now imagine have possiblity learning it by TM.

15) Fake Out - to let our pokemon avoid some DMG of moves, then possibility of learning it can be great.

16) Dragon Hammer - to make Meteor Mash move alike, which can be cheap one, but really helpful. Also this TM could be added for 1st evo if pokemon has just 2 forms or for 2nd evo if has 3 forms to improve its TM learnest and let lvling them up a bit faster. Some not highest form pokemons are really hard to exp as sometimes I saw people complaining. This idea of giving not the best TMs can be used in different pokemons, not only Dragon Hammer if you accept it. I know we have for example Draco Pulse, but I think Dragon Hammer would be much better for lower forms since its sprite is awesome.

17) Night Shadow - here just becouse it can be casted from afar what could make some pokemons in better situation, especially ghost ones which receive 2x DMG from ghost as well.

18) Bewitch/Disable/Amnesia/Hold Back - stricte duel moves, which could improve some pokemons which are created for duels.

19) Rototiller/Miracle Eye - becouse they are special by letting us hitting pokemons with Levitate ability (1st case) and dark pokes (2nd case).

20) Frenzy - propably Pinsir just has it, so would be nice to see more pokemons which could use this move (if its not signature move for Pinsir).

PS. I've asked if we can suggest more than 13. To avoid some replies with that information. :p

At first, thanks for your well described suggestion.

About TMs from the list, you can check some of them in test room, spoilers contain either list of pokemons who learn certain move for an easier check, or gif picture how does a new move look like.
Do not suggest yourself with damage or sprite that you currently see, because it will be changed. Damage is only copied from whimsicott's spell.

I thought that was a precaution against POI Psy abuse(since she specified both Curse and Fell Stinger).

Why not nerf these attacks (can be both from normal move and tm) only in POI Psy, and allow them to be used normally in other places?? If this is possible.. I know that not every type should have a draco meteor/ice shards/return/magma storm/Curse/Fell Stinger like attack, but two of them are TMS already

That's because in the past those hydropump-like tms dealt less damage. If you think some TMs have lower damage than they should, create a thread and point out which tm in which pokemon should have its damage boosted.

BLAST BURNER IS good as solo tm but other moves kill that move. if u use blast burner deal 2x 2-2,5k (ok) and burn target 400\turn (thats the reason why its expensive tm) if u use it as first move u can deal 1,2-1,6k dmg more just from burn. but when u use burner + fire blast for example burn dmg is replaced for fire blast burn (100/turn)

If it is able, just ban them in use in some specific places like poi psychic. Why u wnt to complicate life :s
