My friend needs help with the game..

He downloads PA client, double-clicks on "PA" and nothing pops-up for him. The same for him with Tibia, PokemonOnlineBR. Anybody knows how to solve this problem?

If there is no error it might be several things. Try to right click the client and run it as administrator. The most common thing is that the antivirus for some reason won't allow him to open it, try updating it and re-scanning the PC. If the problem persist try disable-ling the antivirus just to test it. If any of this things don't solve it, please reply with his operating system and antivirus information.
