Hi Sting,

Can you add TM48 Shadow Storm and TM03 Water Pulse to Mr Rime learnset?
(Please add TM restriction, because it can learn Freeze Dry and Sheer Cold. And hopefully you accept adding Water Pulse and Sleep Talk).

Jynx (being Ice/Psychic type too) can learn these TMs (plus a lot more), so I was wondering if u can add these TMs.

Mr Rime has no counter against Ghost-type pokemon and Teeter Dance doesn't help at all. So it cannot counter Ghost nor stun then.

I will add water pulse, sleep and foul play (since he learns it on bulba) but i will not give him shadow storm only because other pokemon have it, and i will add restrictions.

And i wonder how many times im supposed to say dont compare pokemons to each other (theres not a single reason for you to compare them, just writing rime does not have any counter to ghost type pokemons and he have 2 moves that dont deal dmg to them in moveset, can you add something that would counter them?) would be more than enough.
