hey there, I would like to propose some changes on this pokemon to future rebalances, I know it's a great pokemon for pve, but as pvp it could get some modifications without influence on respaw.
current moves:
m1 - flash cannon
m2 - thunder bolt
m3 - thunder wave
m4 - Gear up
m5 - Double iron bash
m6 - metal sound
m7 - gyro ball
m8 - brick break
m9 - metallic rush
m10 - shift gear
new moveset based on bulbapedia:
My idea: At the moment this pokemon doesn't have any counter moves, so I'm suggesting 2 counters, one of them is still keeping the paralize effect.
I know also that this pokemon is able to have a lot of eletric moves, so since it doesn't have any passive, a nice one could be added.
Passive: Some eletric move as passive
m1 - flash cannon - maybe this move could be also replace for some eletric move.
m2 - Ice punch - counter agaisnt earth pokemons.
m3 - Rock tomb - it still gives paralize and it's a counter for fire pokes.
m4 - Gear up
