Until now after 4 years I think I can get it, with a lot of effort and love. but I realize that he lacks something, because I see him a little weak compared to my raichu. and I think it can be fixed by adding something extra.

I don't know if these movements already exist in the game, but I would like it to be something unique to the pokemon, such as (Returm) a multi-target attack but with electricity. Or it could also be electric terrain on set because it's only for tm.
