Btw, recently, leveling/dueling with that, it has a too much low damage, may you check it out and if possible give to it a buff?

so since when 4x 700 in x1 is low? Which is 5,6k in x2 so no it will not be buffed it's as much as it's supposed to be
19:50 Your Bibarel deals 709 damage to Test Normal.
19:51 Your Luvdisc deals 713 damage to Test Normal.

Also Chip away even if deals 400 dmg i dont see anything bad with it dmg in moves can be different in each pokemon.
