Almost sure that the constants changes will keep going on, specially in whats says about pokemon rebalancing. I come in this time to suggest a possible chance/improvement for Hippowdon. It was considerably added some time ago and would be nice if it could be reviewd.
Hippowdon, has 22.6k of HP + Underground + Yawn that helps him stand more in the field, be it dueling or hunting. However, it is still a little complicated, because after the uses of these two movements, Hippowdon get extremely vulnerable if it doesn't have any TM. By this way, i would like to suggest a rounding off for its HP to 23k and suggest some more dynamic moves. These ones that can be launched at a distance, movements that, even in melee combat, can be more effective and maybe a possible passive for it.
Current Hippowdon:
Moves:
Ice Fang - m1 - level 40 - 10s
Yawn - m2 - level 40 - 30s
Crunch - m3 - level 42 - 20s
Thousand Arrows - m4 - level 45 - 30s
Mud - m5 - level 40 - 15s
Bulldoze - m6 - level 40 - 20s
Underground - m7 - level 40 - 40s
Earth Power - m8 - level 40 - 20s
Thousand Waves - m9 - level 45 - 45s
Fissure - m10 - level 50 - 50s
The possible changes I would like to propose besides increasing of its HP is,
* Replace Mud by Sand Tomb
* Replace Bulldoze by Giga Impact
* Replace Yawn by Quicksand or even replace it by Sleep Talk, once till i know, we haven't seen lots of ppl using it as tms on it (hippo), since it was added to its TMlearnset, as you did to pelipper, camerupt etc, there seems to be no problem at all.
* Replace Fissure by Stomping Tantrum
Proposal Hippowdon:
Moves:
Ice Fang - m1 - level 40 - 10s
Quicksand - m2 - level 40 - 30s
Crunch - m3 - level 42 - 20s
Thousand Arrows - m4 - level 45 - 30s
Sand Tomb - m5 - level 40 - 15s
Giga Impact - m6 - level 40 - 20s
Underground - m7 - level 40 - 40s
Earth Power - m8 - level 40 - 20s
Thousand Waves - m9 - level 45 - 45s
Stomping Tantrum - m10 - level 50 - 50s
So that's it, if you can take this pokemon into consideration in the next analysis and changes ... thanks.
