Hello, I'd like do suggest a change on his stun

Both normal and shiny version have slow damaging strong AOE moves (Stomping Tantrum and Earthquake) and not any kind of protection, which makes it extremely vulnerable in pretty much every resp one goes, even using helpful helds like Silver Nanab Berry (unless for some reason u're very attatched to 2015 and still hunting on gengar mansion).

I'd like to suggest replacing Sleep Talk for Quicksand and adding TM Sleep Talk to its learnset. Quicksand has a wider area and instant stun, while Sleep Talk takes a few moments that are usually enough to kill Diggersby before it could do anything. With this change Diggersby maybe can survive more than 1 second in hardcore resps

Edit: If its a problem that it will be leaning towards ground type u could also replace thousand arrows for pain split or some other
