yeah, i have 3 flats in moscow, but live in one ofc, but i use second for partyies, and the last is under rent for some people

You can only buy house if you have premium account. You have to keep the exact amount of money you bought the house with on the locker at PC at all times. You will lose the house if you become free account after next day's restart. So, in order to have a house you should always be premium.
