Hide bodies rework

With last update hide bodies function have improved, your client with self restart after the update.

- is now possible to have multiple settings for different purposes (up to 10 settings, you can rename these list); for example you can have a list for when you want to fish, another list for fire spawn, etc.
- is now possible to hide Pokemon with level 121 or higher.
- is now possible to hide Pokemon not owned by you or your party.
- is now possible to reset the list with one click.
- Better display of information: now is easier to see and manage the Pokemons added to your lists.
