Did you not watch the video haha?

You see how the trees 'drop' the berries. In suggestion thread, you can see that they will be craftable into balls. Not sure if NPC will do or player will be able to.

Maybe berrires will heal you more than normal food (Ham, meat, mushrooms, etc)

Trees not drop food.., drop berries, berries can be use only in pokemon.

Food at the moment only for heal Trainer.

I like that they fall to the ground lol. It's more realistic. And also, it can be one of the cons to harvesting...someone can thief em xD

It will also force people to go out in the hunting areas to harvest where there's less ability to have them thieved.
