Gym Lags

I have some kind of problem with gyms and under water when im coming in i have 10-20 fps when im in other place i have about 170-400 fps. Can you help me?

Meybe You're downloading something in background? Meybe this is the reason, why You have lags.

No i know how it works i have enought good pc to stream gta5 but it is to weak to play PA xD

Did You tried to restart Your internet connection/modem?
If answer is ''yes'' and it doesn't help, give me screenshot of Your options in ''Game'' and ''Graphic'' tabs in ''Options'' pannel.

There is only one and very simple solution. U must turn off any sounds in game by clicking at speaker icon. Long time ago i was having same problem and one man help me just like me now.
