Hello i have one suggestion about pokemon skills.
it means, everytime i had watch pokemon episodes, trainer's has say to his pokemon's to use full power and attack of pokemon has been effective but also efficient.
I came up with the idea about special attack for pokemon (name of skill could be "reload" or something other, of course every pokemon can have own special attack name like (dragonite - last fury, raichu - overload).
skill would be activated by say 'ms'.

About damage to enemies:
skill will be used only on target in 3sqm range and damage will be dependent on the level of pokemon's.
for example, pokemon with lvl 50 attack's with special skill enemy pokemon with lvl 50, so our pokemon gives damage exactly 50% of enemy pokemon health.

about attack lower and higher stages of levels:
Pokemon Level Stages:
<10-19
20-29
30-39
40-49
50-59
60-69
70-79
80-89
90-99
100-109
110-119
120-130

pokemon with lvl 50 attack's with special skill enemy pokemon with lvl 60, then attacking pokemon is on other lvl stage, so our pokemon gives him lower damage than 50 level to 50 level.

about damage to other stages:

if our pokemon is in stage (<10-19) and enemy pokemon is in stage (20-29), our pokemon will give damage weaker to 10% of enemy health (40% to 50% randomly between these values).

if our pokemon is in stage (<10-19) and enemy pokemon is in stage (30-39), our pokemon will give damage weaker to 20% of enemy health (30% to 40% randomly between these values).

if our pokemon is in stage (<10-19) and enemy pokemon is in stage (40-49), our pokemon will give damage weaker to 30% of enemy health (20% to 30% randomly between these values).

if our pokemon is in stage (<10-19) and enemy pokemon is in stage (50-59~120-130), our pokemon will give weakest damage (1% to 10% randomly between these values).

if our pokemon is in stage (120-130) and enemy pokemon is in stage (110-119), our pokemon will give damage stronger to 10% of enemy health (50% to 60% randomly between these values).

if our pokemon is in stage (120-130) and enemy pokemon is in stage (100-109), our pokemon will give damage stronger to 20% of enemy health (60% to 70% randomly between these values).

if our pokemon is in stage (120-130) and enemy pokemon is in stage (90-99), our pokemon will give damage stronger to 30% of enemy health (70% to 80% randomly between these values).

if our pokemon is in stage (120-130) and enemy pokemon is in stage (80-89), our pokemon will give damage stronger to 40% of enemy health (80% to 90% randomly between these values).

if our pokemon is in stage (120-130) and enemy pokemon is in stage (70-79~<10-19), our pokemon will give damage stronger to 50% of enemy health (90% to 100% randomly between these values).


About cooldown of special attack skill:

i think something beetween 10-15 minutes.
this time pokemon need to reload his full power attack.

and this is the end about this skill, of course i think my values about damage to enemy pokemon looks like crazy because 130 pokemon could kill 70-79 pokemon in 1 hit. my work need little remake in this part about damage but i think it's cool idea.
