EV's & IV's System. (New idea)

Hello! I was thinking of expecting pokemon up to 130. Most pokemonów that will be stuck on 130 is put aside, or used mostly only for pvp. And how to spice up pokemons with additional statistics? IV's which were randomly assigned to a pokemon after being caught. And EV's that the pokemon could drive after reaching 130 lvl. For sure, IV's would support the prices of pokemon. It is obvious that the pokemon which is supposed to give 90% IV's is more expensive than the same pokemon who has, for example, 40% IV's. The EV's system would, however, build up the game a bit, because if you would like to have a good pokemon for pvp. That would have to finish him a little to train him and give him EVs. If such a system was introduced. It's also quite likely that you would have to add items that would help in driving EV's. Eggs will now have more importance in the game than before

Stats is a good thing imo, but EV's no please! This will completely fuckup with hight level catched pokemon. If somekind of stats is going to be implemented, I think it will be better if it's only based on pokemon level.
