This one is a simple request
Could you do what you did to pikachu,onix, scyther, like making it have more hp and a complete moveset to Dragonair?
Some people don't fully evolve their pokes and a lot of players like Dragonair for it being pretty, dragon only and having fly, would make him more viable

What exactly did they do to those pokis? Something like a 130 Scyther have same balanced stats than a Scizor 130?

They had added more hp into these and also a complete 10 moves in moveset, pikachu had 6 moves, onix had 9...
Now you can see onix with 23k hp at 130 while steelix has 24.5k
Before these pre forms had even less hp and a incomplete moveset

I have some suggestions for Dragonair, the first one is to make it have 10 moves like some other unevolved Pokémon, I know those Pokémon have 10 moves because they evolve at higher lvls but many people like Dragonair more than Dragonite, so the first suggestion is;

Add at least 4k Hp (11,264 HP at lvl 130 rn)
Move Rage to Passive
Reduce Twister's lvl to lvl 50
Add Clanging Scales - lvl 55 - 30s
Add Clangorous Soul - lvl 60 - 45s
Add Dragon Blast or Dragon Pulse - lvl 52 - 20s
Add Iron Tail - lvl 54 - 10s


The second suggestion is to keep the current number of moves (7) and change some of the moves for better ones.

Add at least 4k Hp(11,264 HP at lvl 130 rn)

Reduce Twister's lvl to lvl 50
Change Aqua Tail - lvl 50 - 10s to Iron Tail - lvl 50 - 10s
Change Hyper Beam - lvl 50 - 30s to Clangorous Soul - lvl 55 - 45s
Add Dragon Blast or Dragon Pulse - lvl 52 - 20s (since Rage is moved to passive it'll still have a slot open) OR Add Clanging Scales - lvl 55 - 30s if you don't think its asking for too much

Apart from suggestions can you also add newer TMs to Dragonair's learnset? It cannot learn any TM after 081 Dragon Wave
