I really think that it could be able to transform normally even having the memory card, it is very annoying not being able (Sorry my bad english)

I kinda agree... In my opinion the card should be able to transform for longer timer (few hours, idk) the memorized pokemon on card...
The basic transform should allow to copy everythin nearby (BUT bosses). Maybe a 1 or 2 min cooldown for its transformation once again. Once it copies it does not change unless u copy once again or stay afk/without battle after some minutes. Makes better for duels, for hunt, for pve/pvp.
The card allows u bringing a POKEMON that is not nearby to Ditto whenever/wherever u want or need.
Thats the advantage to "summon" somethin u need. That makes the card special. Should have a timer for it, not huge, but a cooldown for its transformation. Somethin like mega stone, but not so long.... By the way mega evo has a huge cooldown in my opinion. Should think about it.
