Hi,
We already found the problem, fixed it and deleted a guy who was crashing diamond on purpose. Currently we are recovering tickets time. All premium accounts received also 2 additional days of premium. We are sorry for inconvenience.

Dear crasher, I saw you here on forum reading this thread, shame on you but also thanks, another bug fixed that probably caused problems in the past, but we haven't detected it.
