[Complaint] Delete why ;(

Hello I have a little problem with my account.
My account has been hacked and I gained them back.
when I tried to login I saw this:

Your account has been deleted at:
18 Feb 2012 by: [GM] Aisa,
for the following reason:
Destructive Behaviour.
The action taken was:
Deletion.
The comment given was:
Destructive Behaviour
Your account won't be undeleted..

The last sentence worried me is really my account can't be undeleted
Maybe someone can help me
