8745 + 18223 + 12923 + 109 = 40000
Yes, 40k ultra balls without a single catch on fire cloned pokemon.
If we take into consideration only bonus catch rate from ub used (0.25% after 1250 ub used) it will be:

Cloned Charizard

8745 - 1250 = 7495
7495/400 (0.25% is chance 1/400) = 18.7

Cloned Ninetales

12923 - 1250 = 11673
11673/400 = 29.2

Cloned Flareon

18223 - 1250 = 16973
16.973/400 = 42.4

In total: 18.7 + 29.2 + 42.4 = 90,3

According to theory of probabily i lost over kinda guaranteed 90 chances to catch. And there is not even basic chance added so I lost more. I don't want to complain but I highly doubt that this bonus catch rate even works.
