Well, this is already reported (maybe), but i have received many reports from players lvl 10-20 that lost their items because of this bug.
When they sell items to any npc or finish any quest, his cash/items go to "Case of badges", then they should go to Sr. Eko and tell him "fix", but if those players are not using old client, they can't see where are his items/cash and because of that, they can lose everything.

case of badges (old client):

This is a bad start to them, so i think it should be fixed as soon as possible.

With the log in they are getting message that their case of badges is bugged and they should find npc Sr Eko to fix it, most of them just ignore the message... :S

But if they go there and fix their badges case without previously picking cash from there, aren't they going to lose it? And there is no message ordering you to log from Old client and pick all items first, new players might be confused, that's first, and even if they follow the message they're ussualy going to lose everything from there

Not really, they are getting the message with the very first login, after creating character, if they have followed the message, nothing would have go there, so no loses. The problem is, that players are usualy ignoring messages from... Professor Oak. Maybe Admins can fix it in another way, so players won't need to look for the npc, or make a better way to inform them, if they are ignoring Oak.
