Bikini Outfit?

hello all i search everywhere this outfit;

I see a player, she wears too but she don't answer me. I buy this clothe for NPC Amy or quest?
I try NPC Amy ''hi, bikini, swimwear'' or etc. it dosen't work...

This isn't a player. It's an NPC in Gary Fans quest. To do that you most do the Ash Mission quest first.. Kinda long quest, if you wonder... You cannot talk to those NPC's who are placed around many places at the map before you done Ash Mission quest, and then talked to Gary Oak NPC.

Just look at the quest pages and see the reward, no theres no rewards as outfits in those quests, remember that she might gotten it from an event, or price in some kind of tournament or something too.
