Bom dia, hoje ao tentar entrar no jogo percebi certa demora ao realizar o login, tentei diversas vezes, fui no site para ver se estava offline e estava normal, acessei a parte do site 'deletera' e vi meu nome lá banido por scam, não sei o que significa isso de scam mas acredito ter seguido todas as regras corretamente no jogo, o único problema que pode ter acontecido é o fato de eu usar 2 personagens para minerar powders, mas em nenhum momento durante todo o tempo que estou jogando usei multi-clients para fazer isso, sempre foi deslogando um char e logando o outro, existe alguma forma de me explicar o motivo para que eu entenda o que fiz e se possível desfazer o ocorrido, estou sem entender nada
