the players do what they want, and the staff does not help those who are harmed, sometimes they even help to hurt others.you have to help the players, there is a lot to do in the game, damn the guys do not know respect nor respect gm people , once I took a ks of a gm because a player of his guild was to give me ks and lost, ai calls the GM to help him, raissa and deancrys did not do anything they said the gm was protecting the respown, more when I arrived, he I was leaving. Only for you. We will improve to have more respect with the players, although I have some that I do not deserve.
it is not even because this happened a while ago because they protected, and also it was lack of respect of a gm with a normal player, outside the guy who pushes and follows that reports and never happens anything

If you are giving ks to a gm on his char - he has rights to protect it or help his friend (only on his player character without abusing of gm powers).
Now go to rules and read it twice.
Ks is not illegal unless it comes to be harassing.
