Can we have Icicle Crash back in Alolan Sandslash? It was nice and realy usefull spell. I understand you wanted to give him a chance to deal dmg against it's hard counter fire type pokes but Chip Away could be replaced with Icicle Spear, and Icicle Crash remain in it's moveset.
