[Complaint] Add Stun/Ref as TM for Mismagius

Hi

Mismagius is my favorite poke, are still so good but is some squishy, maybe if this poke can learn Reflect or Another Stun would be better

Please take my comment as consideration

This poke is one of the greatest ghost in pvp, it doesnt need any change. The reason it doesnt learn reflect beacuse of its hp that is 27k and adding reflect to it would make it op.

Ps: It learns the stun mean look, so is enough for a ghost poke.

Yes i know but, if you want to use him for lvl Mean Look is not good for this, I know Mismagius is thinking for duels but, have a lot of expansive spells so, maybe 1 area stun more would be better than put reflect
