Please,the sign lenght is small,can some of staff double the sign lenght or extend the sign lenght?
And about profile,where we can add our msn/yahoo/etc...,can add 2 more fields? one for skype and other for youtube channel?

If they increase signature's maximum lenght I think they should limit images size.
