About missing information in dex

Hi, today I realize that there is some missiong information in many pokemon, idk if should work like that, but when you make dex in rock/ground pokemon you don't know which one have dig or find hole. It should work like that? or all ground/rock pokemon can make it?

Pd: That is beacause of the held item that will allow us to do that?

Harvest is missing too, but abilities are still working like normal. They just are not shown on dex
