I know that a thread has already been opened on the hypno, but my suggestion is interesting! , Hypno need some Area Stun ( Like Confusion ) because He becomes very weak without stun.
It has Confusion, according to bulbapedia information

could also change the sprint of the very ugly cloned hypno

put it white, with the beard blue or yellow or black

I think that Hypno's true problem it's the bad combination of area spells.
Also disagree about taking away hypnosis; it's called Hypno for something xD

Well, maybe from Hypnotic Pendulum make a stun. Definitely diffrent area of stun than others and instead of Hypnosis could be future sight or psy puls. Although I would like to suggest Mind Reader but IMO Hypno will be too strong with these changes.

We will just remake hypnosis to be stunning everything in its range, but that is one exception, we won't do it with every spell.

Sorry for bumping it, but now I saw Hypno in my house and was wondering about it and wanted to suggest something. Then I started searching thread about it and found this one post. Do you rememeber about it? This change which Raissa mentioned would be really helpful.

Bumping - For now Hypno is one of the weakest psycho pokemons ( maybe even the weakest ) . Not sure about changing formula of Hypnosis , but I'm sure that Hypno needs buffs as hell

I just made it possible, but it need some small test to be released on live, remember Hypnosis will work as always in every pokemon with the only exception of Hypno/Cloned Hypno that will be stunning everything in its range
