You guys have to warn us the server is going down!
Come on, people. We have to know when the server is going down for maintenance or whatever other reason. At least 1 or 2 minutes beforehand. That is so frustrating, besides the possibility of causing rollbacks.- Andretei

My Celebi Locker disappeared
The same thing happened to me. I don't know if there is a rule or something that prevents us from recovering it and forcing us to start the quest all over again. But the staff doesn't seem to care about it.- Andretei

Bank and Pokes Rental Suggestion
I also believe that the bank system would be beneficial. One idea is to create sort of a debit card. Forget Pokemon rentals or things like that, but if you have a debit card you could either use cash you have in your bag or a debit card to take money straight from your bank account.
