My Celebi Locker disappeared

i bought a new house and decorated it.. but it was badly decorated so i decided sell the house and buy again so all items are in dp from 0
so i used alana som then the house is sold and it is behind me with locker in it so i used alana res to get it back and as soon as i bought locker disappeared and can't use the locker any more... Character name : Ploock

It is a kit for a Celebi locker. (used)
Position: {x = 3771, y = 3154, z = 6}.
House:
It belongs to house 'Fashion Street #206'. Ploock owns this house.
Position: {x = 3769, y = 3153, z = 6}.

The same thing happened to me. I don't know if there is a rule or something that prevents us from recovering it and forcing us to start the quest all over again. But the staff doesn't seem to care about it.

You have to wrap them to the package so you don´t lose it when you leave house, lose premmy or don´t leave the money for rent.
