Quagsire and shiny quagsire will have find hole
Pikachu and his versions will have dig
Pyroar and shiny will have dig
Amaura, Aurorus will have rock smash/mining

According to Bulbapedia, Gyarados can destroy entire cities, so I am pretty sure it can also smash a rock.
